CARA INSTALASI VINYL 

 1. Langkah pertama, persiapkan bahan dan alat.
 Bahan : Vinyl dengan motif sesuai keinginan. Banyaknya disesuaikan dengan luas ruangan. Lem kuning / Doubel Tape. Jumlah di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan.

1. Pisau cutter        4. Meteran  

2. Penggaris siku    5. Roller 

3. Pensil                  6. Kuas 

2. Langkah kedua, pengerjaan.

<<< Pengerjaan dimulai dengan mengukur ruang. Pengukuran dimaksud untuk mempermudah proses pemasangan.

<<< Pastikan lantai bersih. Selain disapu, pembersihan bisa dilakukan dengan pel   atau vacum cleaner 

<<< Setelah lantai bersih, pemasangan dapat dimulai. Dengan menggunakan lem kuning : Tuang lem kuning pada lantai dan Vinyl. Pastikan lem tersebar rata guna memaksimalkan perekatan.Tidak hanya pada lantai, sisi dalam Vinyl juga diberi lem. Jangan lupa ratakan. Setelah merata diamkan beberapa saat, hingga setengah kering. Trik ini dilakukan agar antara lantai dan Vinyl merekat sempurna.

 <<< atau Dengan menggunakan Doubel Tape : Rekatkan Doubel Tape di setiap sisi vinyl maupun di tengah. Setelah itu buka perekat double tape dan tempelkan vinyl pada lantai.

<<< Lebar Vinyl rata-rata 20cm. Untuk itu, pastikan sambungan cukup kuat dan rata. Potong vinyl menggunakan cutter agar pinggirannya rata dan dapat disambungkan secara presisi.

<<< Setelah vinyl merekat kuat pada lantai, pastikan permukaan Vinyl rata. Jika ada yang menggelembung, segera ratakan. Gelembung pada Vinyl disebabkan ada udara antara bahan dan lantai. Segera buka kembali hasil rekatan Vinyl. Pasang kembali perlahan. Pastikan perekatan merata di tiap sisi.

3. Langkah ketiga sekaligus terakhir: finishing. Tahap akhir tidaklah rumit. Hanya pembersihan bagian permukaan Vinyl dengan lap bersih. Jangan lupa, antar bagian lembaran Vinyl diberi lem warna yang senada dengan Vinyl. Lem warna diberikan pada posisi, antar sambungan Vinyl dan sisi terluarnya. Lem warna dimaksudkan untuk membiaskan warna.

◎ Preparation and caution for construction

	● Keep the floor flat without unevenness and curves. ● Repair unevenness or cracks in the floor with floor repairing products (filler) after construction.
	● For perfect construction, you should get rid of dust, oil, and foreign body. ● For wooden floor, check if all wooden boards are fixed on the floor.
	● At least one week before, the products have to be kept in the place that construction will be    made to make temperature even. ● The products have to be only used for floor.
	● In humid concrete floor, keep constant temperature over 15°C for 48hours to get rid of moisture    before construction. The floor has to be kept dry. ● Adhesion power can be weaken if construction is made in low temperature (lower than 15°C).

◎ Construction method 

	● After displaying central line on the floor, you should estimate the result of construction by    arranging products. ● The cutting standard of products of edge of both walls has to be even before construction.
	● Method of construction of products with regular square (Standard: 500mm x 500mm). ● The products, having arrow mark at the back of square products, have to be constructed by    using identical direction. ● Construct in the central line with pyramid shape. ● Paper of adhesive products has to be removed before to be constructed.
	● In order to cut the edge of products, one piece of the other products has to be attached for    construction. ● If possible, make construction by inserting products of edges into the wall molding.
	● Division of 3 for rectangular products / Method of construction for division of 3 cutting    (Standard: 150mm x 1,000mm). ● After taking out 1 piece of product, measure the part of 50cm (for 2 divisions) / 33.3 cm (for 3    divisions). And then cut it off with a knife by using other products for construction.
